RATES
Standard Rate
$1500.00 usd per night
(7 night minimum)
Per night rates include exclusive use of the villa and three guest casitas with
a maximum of six guests.
(Additional guests: $100.00 per night)
Casita Nuevo
$600.00 usd per night
Casita Nuevo is available if an another bedroom suite is desired in addition
to those covered in the standard rate.
Additional costs for large groups, holidays, special events and photo shoots.
PAYMENT POLICY
We will hold a villa reservation for 5 days. After that a security deposit of $1000 is required to confirm a reservation. A confirmation letter will be sent upon receipt of the deposit. Arrivals and departures on Saturdays if possible. Checkout time is at 2pm and check-in is at 4pm. If this does not work in your plans, we will always try to accommodate you.
The rental payment is due sixty days before your arrival date.
All charges are payable by check, wire transfer or PayPal
RESERVATIONS
For your privacy and comfort, CANGREJO y TORO is only available for the use of one group or family. Popular times of year fill up quickly, as much as a year in advance for some periods. So please make your reservations early. Because of the pool entering the living space, we suggest children over the age of seven, but please use your judgement.
